Myers-Briggs

I thought the Myers-Briggs test was really interesting and helpful. My personality type is ENTP, and what I read about the ENTP personality type was scary accurate to how I am.Some things were not as accurate, but as a whole I believe that the test captured my personality quite well. I always knew that I hate sctructure and lots of small details, but the test definitely confirmed that. I think its helpful to know your personality and to know how your personality might bother others or encourage others. In my journey to become a better leader I can reflect back on what I learned about myself from the Myers-Briggs test and work hard to use my strengths but also work hard to make sure that I do not offend people.

  1. Haley, I am glad you found the MB to be a useful and ultimately accurate accounting of who you are. You do a fairly nice job here of articulating one element of your personality which was exposed (your disdain for structure), but the post could have been more enhanced had you chosen to elaborate on how you can leverage the strengths it exposed to add value to the groups you might lead. Take some time in these posts to dig deep!
We need to fix your VT so that is offers permission for someone to view it; at this point, it does not play because it is not public. You are also missing a couple of posts (view of leadership changed and the Goleman quote). Let's get these done with some substance here in the very near future!
